The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine website official notification states that the there is an impending crack down in the Eastern European countries for the registration on casino and gambling advertisements.

The Ministry has proposed for a public discussion to control the gambling in Ukraine and set a deadline for the responses of 9^th July.

The Government has restricted only some specific casinos to enter the Ukraine market in the proposal. Also it will allow minimum share capital in local currency equal to one million dollar for registering in the casinos in Ukraine. Under this proposal there will be tight restrictions on the gambling advertisement on television and radio along with the advertisements in the first and last page of the magazines and other periodicals; displays which are on the outdoors and indoors and also on the vehicles.

The government has also declared the penalty limit in the proposal for such kind of violations in the Ukraine which is fifty thousand US dollars.
