Retired Maryland State Police Trooper Robbed at Poker
January 9th, 2009This Wednesday, a Retired Maryland State Police trooper, Michael A. Ford, was robbed while playing in a banned poker game purportedly, said his legal representative Mr. Byron L. Warnken.
Ford and 7others were robbed of about $4,000 at the gunpoint while they were allegedly playing poker in a Hagerstown office building, by two masked men. As per the documents, it was confirmed by the investigators that Ford was one of the robbery victims. And he was assigned to the Hagerstown barrack.
After the argument by a defense attorney, prosecutors have dropped the charges last month against the only suspect arrested because the eye color of the suspect’s didn’t match to the victims descriptions.
