27/July/2008- It is another step taken by Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) to hire a former director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to take care of Tokwiro Enterprises.

Tokwiro Enterprises is the parent company of Ultimate bet and Absolute Poker sites. The name of the monitor appointed by KGC is Frank Catania.

The main reason behind appointing the monitor is to give proper attention to the investigation regarding the games offered to the public are fair and it does not involve any fraudulent activity. In addition, they can interview the employees (any) past or present and check all the records if necessary.
