Mixed Holdem Poker Tournament in WSOP won By Frank Gary

25th June 26, 2008- The World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet with 219,562 USD is won by Frank Gary. He defeated Jonathan Tamayo with an unbelievable streak of luck.
The final table turned out to be very dramatic among the three players Nick Binger, Tamayo and Gary. Nick Binger was very near to wearing the bracelet on his wrist but he has to satisfy by reaching on the third position. And after that it was Tamayo and Gary to run the battle for the victory. But finally after a cut to cut competition between both of them Gary proved to be the winner.
In the beginning it was Nick who dominated the game and stood second in the chips after 2nd day and after 20 minutes play he removed four of the players and later removed 2 of the players more in the next 2 hours. People began cheering for him and even started the celebration for Binger little early. But soon he was lead by Tamayo and lost control on his play.
Tamayo was playing well in the game until Gary took a lead on him. And only after few hands Frank Gary became the winner of the game placing Tamayo on the second position.
It was Gary’s second WSOP cash winning at the final table. He is a 42 year old man who now travels around the country for the RV playing poker. And for Tamayo who has recently graduated from Cornell has picked up his 4th WSOP cashes.
