To make the poker game legal, California lawmakers are working in earnest. In this economic slump condition, California is the state which has also been affected and it would be already accepting existing online poker rooms. In a forthcoming online gambling conference the state legislature are slated to speak about legalization poker.

Last year, California had tried to pass a bill about legalizing online poker. According to a spokesman of Gambling911, “Their only obstacle is not a federal clampdown on Internet poker but rather the Indian casinos that will fight tooth and nail against it”

According to the Last Year’s issued bill of California Gambling Control/Intrastate Online Poker Legalization Act which was intended in order to make a full and proper study of online poker to legalize it in California. And finally, the same bill added the legalization of online poker.
